Hi, I am Samm!

Health and fitness have long been part of my life from the moment I could do jazzercise aerobics with my mom as a 3 year old (true story). I eventually moved on from Jazzercise and fell in love with gymnastics. I spent my childhood as a competitive gymnast learning from an early age how strong my body and mind are. As a teenager, I struggled with different autoimmune complications which quickly taught me that fitness and healthy nutrition choices were the best way to feel strong and healthy. Then, after four years working a desk job in the corporate world, I realized it was time to pursue a career in fitness - back to my first love! My passion to help others is derived out of a desire to help people feel their absolute best both physically and mentally.

I am a supporter of any and all movement. I love training hard in the gym but more then anything I want to challenge people to make movement a part of their everyday life. Whether it’s hiking, wake boarding, surfing, running, boxing, yoga, etc. I love to show people that taking care of yourself can and should be fun! With high energy and a will to support my clients, I will make any workout a good time and inspire you to get outside and be active!
